After more than twenty years running Barretts Event Caterers — feeding everything from intimate private dinners to large-scale events — founder Matthew Barrett kept seeing the same problem across the industry: brilliant chefs, stretched thin, fighting a shortage of skilled labour and rising costs, with less and less time to actually cook.
He built Culinary Food Supply to fix that — a chef-led production kitchen that gives restaurants, pubs and caterers a way to protect their quality and their margins, without losing what makes their food theirs.
